The Final of Rugby World Cup 2015. Making the memorable unforgettable.

Exactly a year ago today Twickenham, the home of rugby, hosted the Final of Rugby World Cup 2015, which also brought to an end our official travel and hospitality programme which was the most successful in Tournament history. Over 270,000 tickets in hospitality and travel packages were sold at all 48 matches across 13 venues. Hospitality packages offered all new, never before seen experiences serving to raise the bar for standards in rugby hospitality.

Recognising our client’s desire for something special at Twickenham, we created three temporary structures known as The Twickenham Pavilion, Webb Ellis Suites and The Champions Park. All three were located within the ticketed perimeter, each offering a decidedly different hospitality experience.

The Twickenham Pavilion, our flagship facility, was the biggest and most sophisticated hospitality structure ever built for the tournament, covering the equivalent of one and a half rugby pitches, with a total capacity of 3,000. Designed to be the most interactive and vibrant hospitality environment with a wide range of entertainment including two interactive game zones and pre and post-match analysis from world-renowned rugby legends.
